Ye Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Zamana-E-Mubarak Ka Daur Tha Qur’an-E-Kareem Nazil Ho Raha Tha. Is Daur Me Gulaamo Ka Riwaz Tha. Jo Kaneez Kisike Milqiyat Me Hua Karti Thi Unhe Unke Sath Sohbat Karna Halaal Tha. Aur Qur’an-E-Kareem Me ALLAH Ta’ala Ne In Tamam Bato Ko Bayan Farmaya,


Bandiya/Kaneez/Khadima Se Sohbat Halaal Hone Ki Daleel

Aur Wo Jo Apne Sharmgaho Ki Hifazat Karte Hai, Magar Apni Biwiya Ya Sharai Dasiyo Par Jo Apne Hath Ki Milq Hai Ke Unpar Koi Malaamat Nahi. To Jo In Do Ke Siwa Kuch Aur Chahe Wo Hadse Badhnewale Hai.

Aye Ghaib Batanewale (Nabi)! Tum Apne Upar Kyu Haraam Kiye Lete Ho Wo Chiz Jo ALLAH Ne Tumhare Liye Halaal Ki. Apne Biwiyo Ki Marzi Chahte Ho Aur ALLAH Bakshnewala Meherbaan Hai. Beshaq ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Tumhare Liye Tumhari Kasmo Ka Utaar Mukarrar Farma Diya. Aur ALLAH Tumhara Maula Hai. Aur ALLAH Ilm Wa Hikmatwala Hai. Aur Jab Nabi Ne Apni Ek Biwi Se Ek Raaz Ki Baat Farmayi. Phir Jab Wah Uska Zikr Kar Baithi Aur ALLAH Ne Use Nabi Par Zaahir Kar Diya. To Nabi Ne Use Kuch Jataya Aur Kuch Chashmposhi Farmayi. Phir Jab Nabi Ne Use Uski Khabar Di. Boli Huzoor Ko Kisne Bataya, Farmaya Mujhe Ilmwale Khabardar Ne Bataya. Nabi Ki Dono Biwiyo Agar ALLAH Ki Taraf Tum Ruzoo Karo To. Zaroor Tumhare Dil Raah Se Kuch Hat Gaye Hai. Aur Agar Unpar Jor Bandho. To Beshaq ALLAH Unka Madadgar Hai Aur Jibril Aur Nek Imaanwale Aur Uske Baad Farishte Madad Par Hai. Unka Rab Qarib Hai Agar Wo Tumhe Talaaq Dede Ki Unhe Tumse Behtar Biwiya Badalde Ita’at Waliya, Imaan Waliya, Adab Waliya, Tauba Waliya, Bandagi Waliya Rozadar Byahiya Aur Kunwariya.

In Aayate Karima Ke Tahat ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Apne Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Khitab Farmaya Ki Aap Kyu Un Chizo Ko Apne Upar Haraam Farma Rahe Hai Jinhe Hamne Aapke Liye Halaal Kiya. Isse Ye Saabit Hua Ke Nabi-E-Kareem Rauf-O-Raheem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Apne Upar Hazrate Maria Qibtiya Radiallahu Anha Ko Haraam Kiya Sirf Apni Ajwaze Mutahharat Ki Raza Ke Khatir Jabke Wo Aapki Khadima Thi Aur Us Zamana-E-Mubarak Me Bandiya/Kaneez/Khadima Ka Daur Tha. Inka Jo Maalik Hota Unpar Inki Milkiyat Huwa Karti Thi. Aur Apni Khadima/Kaneez/Bandiyo Se Sohbat Karna Halaal Tha.

Is Aayat Ki Tafseer Ye Hai:
Sayyed-E-Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ummul Momineen Hazrate Hafsha Radiallahu Anha Ke Mahal Me Tashrif Le Gaye. Wo Huzoor Alaihissalam Ki Ijazat Se Apne Waalid Hazrate Umar Radiallahu Anhu Ki Ayadat Ke Liye Gayi. Huzoor Alaihissalam Ne Hazrate Maria Radiallahu Anha Ko Khidmat Ka Mauka Diya. Ye Hazrate Hafsa Radiallahu Anha Ko Achcha Na Laga. Tab Huzoor Alaihissalam Ne Unka Dil Rakhne Ke Liye Farmaya Ki Maine Maria Qibtiya Ko Apne Upar Haraam Kiya. Aur Me Tumhe Khushkhabri Deta Hu Ke Mere Baad Ummat Ke Kaamo Ke Maalik Hazrate Abu Bakr Aur Hazrate Umar Radiallahu Anhu Honge. Wah Isse Khush Ho Gayi Aur Badi Khushi Me Yah Sari Baat Hazrate Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Ko Sunai. Tab Ye Aayate Kareema Nazil Hui Aur Farmaya Gaya Ki Jo Chiz ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Aapke Liye Halaal Ki Yani Maria Qibtiya, Aap Unhe Apne Upar Kyu Haraam Kiye Lete Hai? Apni Biwiyo Hazrate Aayesha Aur Hazrate Hafsa Radiallahu Anha Ki Raza Hasil Karne Ke Liye. Ek Aur Qaul Is Aayate Kareema Ke Nuzool Ka Yah Bhi Hai Ke Ummul Momineen Hazrate Zainab Binte Zahash Radiallahu Anha Ke Yaha Jab Huzoor Alaihissalam Tashrif Le Jaate To Wo Shahad (Honey) Pesh Karti. Is Zariye Se Aap Unke Yaha Kuch Jyada Der Tashrif Farmate. Yah Baat Hazrate Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Aur Hazrate Hafsa Radiallahu Anha Ko Nagawar Guzri Aur Unhe Rashk Hua. Unhone Aapas Me Mashwar Kiya Ki Jab Huzoor Alaihissalam Tashrif Farma Ho To Arz Kiya Jaye Ke Dahane Mubarak Se Magaphir Ki Boo Aati Hai. Aur Magaphir Ki Boo Huzoor Alaihissalam Ko Napasand Thi. Chunanche Aisa Kiya Gaya. Huzoor Alaihissalam Ko Unka Maqsad Maloom Tha Farmaya Magaphir To Mere Karib Na Aaya. Hazrate Zainab Ke Yaha Maine Shahad Piya Hai Me Use Apne Upar Haraam Kiye Leta Hu. Matlab Yah Ki Hazrate Zainab Ke Yaha Shahad Shaml Hone Se Tumhari Dil Shikani Hoti Hai To Ham Shahad Hi Chod Dete Hai. Ispar Yah Aayat Utari.

Aage Ki Aayat Ka Mahfoom Hai Kaffara. To Maria Qibtiya Radiallahu Anha Ko Khidmat Ka Mauka Dijiye Ya Shahad Nosh Farmaiye Ya Kasam Ke Utar Se Murad Ye Hai Ke Kasam Ke Baad Insha ALLAH Kaha Jaye Taki Uske Khilaaf Karne Se Kasam Na Toote. Maqatil Se Riwayat Hai Ke Sayyed-E-Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Hazrate Maria Qibtiya Radiallahu Anha Ki Tahreem Ke Kaffare Me Ek Gulaam Aazad Kiya Aur Hasan Radiallahu Anhu Ki Riwayat Hai Ke Huzoor Alaihissalam Ne Kaffara Nahi Diya Kyunki Aap Magaphoor Hai. Kaffare Ka Huqm Ummat Ki Taleem Ke Liye Hai. Is Aayat Se Ye Bhi Saabit Hua Ke Halaal Ko Apne Upar Haraam Karna Yamin Yaani Kasam Hai.

Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Hazrate Hafsa Radiallahu Anha Se Farmaya Ki Hazrate Maria Qibtiya Radiallahu Anha Ko Apne Upar Haraam Karne Ki Baat Ka Izhar Kisise Na Kare. Yani Hazrate Maria Qibtiya Radiallahu Anha Ki Tahreem Aur Hazrate Abu Bakr Siddiq Radiallahu Anhu Aur Hazrate Umar Radiallahu Anhu Ki Khilafat Ke Mutalliq Jo Do Baate Farmayi Thi. Unme Se Ek Baat Ka Zikr Farmaya Ki Tumne Ye Baat Zaahir Kardi. Aur Dusri Baat Ka Zikr Na Farmaya. Yah Shaane Kareemi Thi Ki Giraft Farmane Me Ba’az Se Chashmposhi Farmayi.  ALLAH Ta’ala Se Kuch Chhupa Nahi ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Apne Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Par Ghaib Ki Ye Baat Zaahir Kardi.

Iske Baad ALLAH Ta’ala Hazrate Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Aur Hazrate Hafsa Radiallahu Anha Ko Khitab Farnata Hai Ki Tumhe Wah Baat Pasand Aayi Jo Sayyed-E-Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ko Nagawar Hai Yani Tahreem-E-Maria. Maria Qibtiya Radiallahu Anha Ko Apne Upar Haraan Kar Lena. Aur Aapas Me Milkar Aisa Tariqa Ikhteyar Karo Jo Sayyed-E-Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ko Nagawar Guzre. Aage ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Ajwaze Mutahharat Ko Chetawani Di Ki Agar Unhone Sayyed-E-Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ko Dukh Diya Aur Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Unhe Talaaq Di To Huzoor Alaihissalam Ko ALLAH Ta’ala Apne Lutfe Karam Se Aur Behtar Biwiya Ataa Farmayega. Is Chetawani Se Ajwaze Mutahharat Prabhavit Hui Aur Unhone Sarkar-E-Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Khidmat Ko Har Ne’amat Se Jyada Samjha Aur Huzoor Alaihissalam Ka Dil Rakhne Aur Aapki Raza Chahne Ko Sabse Jyada Aham Samjha. Lihaza Aapne Unhe Talaaq Na Di.

Ummat-E-Musalma Par 4 Tak Nikah Ki Ijazat Di Gayi

Jisse Ham Ummatiyo Ki Rehnumayi Ka Dars Diya Sake. Aur Bhi Kai Wajoohat The Jaisa Ke Siyasi Wajoohat. Jaisa Ke Ummul Momineen Hazrate Khadizatul Kubra Radiallahu Anha Se Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Nikah Kiya Tab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Umar Mubarak 25 Saal Thi Aur Bibi Khadizatul Kubra Radiallahu Anha Ki Umar 40 Saal Thi Aur Aap Bewa/Widhva Thi. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Bibi Khadizatul Kubra Radiallahu Anha Se Nikah Karke Ummat Ko Ye Sabak Diya Ki Bewa/Widhva Ladkiyo Se Nikah Kare Taqi Unki Zindagi Sawar Jayein. Agar Ma’zALLAH Summa Ma’zALLAH Astagfirullah Nauzobillah Min Zaliq Sirf Shahwat Hi Ki Khatir Nikah Karna Hota To Apne Se 15 Saal Badi Aur Bewa/Widhva Khatoon Se Aapne Nikah Kyu Farmaya. Aur Kuch Nikah Aapne Siyasati Mamlo Ke Wajahat Se Kiye. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Sirf Hazrate Bibi Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Se Hi Pasandida Nikah Kiya Aur Aapki Ajwaze Mutahharat Me Sirf Bibi Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Hi Kunwari Thi Baqi Tamam Muqaddas Biwiya Talaaqshuda Ya Bewa Thi Jinse Nikah Kisi Wajoohat Se Kiye. Ab Ek Aur Aitraz Kiya Jaata Hai Ke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Choti Bachchi Se Nikah Kiya. Yani Bibi Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Ki Umar Nikah Ke Waqt 9 Saal Thi. Ye Bilkul Galat Baat Hai.  Aur Raha Sawal Bukhari Sharif Aur Muslim Sharif Ki Hadees Ka Jinme 9 Sal Ki Umar Ka Zikr Hai To Ye Hadees Me Raviyo Ka Apna Zaati Qaul Hai. Ye Riwayat Huzoor Alaihissalam Se Nahi Hai. Haqiqatan Jab Sayyeda Bibi Aayesha Siddiqa Radiallahu Anha Ka Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Nikah Hua Tab Aapki Umar 16 Saal Thi Aur Aapki Ruksati 19 Saal Ki Umar Sharif Me Hui Iske Daleel Tarikh Al Tabri Me Hai. Is Mauzoo Par Ulma-E-Kiram Ki Kitabe Mauzood Hai Aap Unhe Mutala Farmaye Ye Sarkar-E-Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Zamana-E-Mubarak Hai Jab Qur’an-E-Kareem Nazil Ho Raha Hai. Tamam Musalmano Ko 4 Se Jyada Nikah Karna Haraam Hua. ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Apne Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Khitab Farmaya Is Aayate Kareema Me,

Unke Baad Aur Aurate Tumhe Halaal Nahi. Aur Na Yah Ki Unke Aiwaz Aur Biwiya Badlo. Agarche Tumhe Unka Husn Bhaye Magar Kaneez Tumhare Hath Ka Maal. Aur ALLAH Har Chiz Par Nigehban Hai.

Ye Aayate Kareema Me ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Apne Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ko Apni Mauzooda Ajwaze Mutahharat Ko Nikah Me Rakhne Ki Ijazat Ataa Ki Jabke Ummat Par 4 Nikah Se Jyada Nikah Karna Haraam Hua. Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Se ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Khitab Farmaya Ki Aap Inme Se Kisi Ke Aiwaz Me Yani Mauzooda Mukaddas Biwiyo Me Se Kisiko Talaaq De Kar Bhi Dusra Nikah Na Kare. Yah Ahtaram Un Mukaddas Biwiyo Ka Isliye Hai Ke Jab Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Unhe Ikhteyar Diya Tha To Unhone ALLAH Aur Uske Rasool Ko Ikhteyar Kiya Aur Duniya Ki Aazmaisho Ko Thukra Diya. Aur Aapki Mukaddas Biwiya Ummul Momineen Hai. Chunanche Sarkar-E-Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Inhi Par Iktifa Farmaya Aur Yahi Ajwaze Mutahharat Aakhir Tak Huzoor Alaihissalam Ki Khidmat Me Rahi.

Ye Article Logo Ki Islah Ke Maqsad Se Likha Gaya Hai. Iske Likhne Mujhse Koi Galati Hui Ho To Zaroor Ittela De. Aur Aap Sabko Gawah Bana Kar Me ALLAH Ta’ala Aur Uske Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Bargah Me Tauba Karta Hu Muafi Mangta Hu Ki Iske Likhne Me Mujhse Koi Bhi Galati Kotahi Hui Ho To Wo Mujhe Muaf Farmaye.
